What We Need:
Trone is seeking an experienced web designer and developer to join our group of specialists. You will be designing and building eCommerce sites on SaaS and open-source platforms such as BigCommerce, Shopify and Adobe Commerce/Magento as well as content marketing sites on CMS platforms like Drupal and WordPress. This position requires not only graphic design expertise but also the ability to build and execute the design in the given backend system.

Required Skills:
- 4–5 years of website design experience with CMS systems
- Understanding of User Experience fundamentals
- Proficient in Sketch and/or Figma
- Proficient in Adobe Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop (bonus for InDesign)
- HTML5 and SASS/LESS experience with no reliance on tools for code output
- Basic understanding of jQuery/JavaScript (preferably 1–2 years of experience)
- Twig and PHP knowledge for theme buildout in WordPress, Drupal, Magento/Adobe Commerce, etc.
- CMS experience building pages in Drupal, WordPress, BigCommerce, etc.
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
- Experience with a code version management system like Git (Bitbucket, GitHub, etc.)
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies like Scrum
- Strong communication skills to present concepts to clients
Preferred Skills:
- Use/knowledge of UXPin to create basic wireframes
- Familiarity with animation libraries such as GreenSock
- Familiarity with both Foundation and Bootstrap frameworks

You will be responsible for tracking online marketing trends, collecting and analyzing data, developing campaign strategies, optimizing and reporting online campaign performance and communicating with clients. To perform well in this role, you should have strong technical skills and be able to present actionable insights to inform digital marketing strategies. Experience in eCommerce modeling and analytics is a requirement.

Trone is seeking an experienced SEO specialist who excels at developing and managing multichannel digital marketing campaigns. Working with clients and our diverse marketing team, you will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and managing SEO activities such as SEO audits, content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks for a variety of clients. You will also participate in managing PPC campaigns on Google and social media platforms as well as reporting and analyzing campaign performance. The ideal candidate for this role will bring extensive experience from a variety of digital marketing projects, a desire to continue mastering new tools and techniques to better serve our clients, and an understanding of how each part of a multichannel marketing campaign delivers value to achieve client goals..

Job Responsibilities:
Perform SEO preservation activities for website builds
- Conduct SEO audits to provide strategic recommendations for improvement in technical, on-page and off-page SEO
- Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
- Perform ongoing keyword research and optimization
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links
- Develop and implement link building strategy
- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
- Digital media strategy and campaign development including platform selection and budget allocation
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search and other digital media campaigns
- Track, report and analyze website analytics and digital media initiatives and campaigns
- Manage campaign expenses within the budget, estimate monthly costs and reconcile discrepancies
